Everybody has a life story. Writing helps when the going gets tough. At first, it is difficult to put those thoughts into words, but before you know it, the words will flow. By emptying our minds of memories, both happy and sad, we will often start to feel better. The sad memories eventually become happy ones as we count our blessings.
