Exercise is important
Maddie (aged 11) writes ……exercise helps us mentally and physically.
Exercise can make our muscles strong and boost our endurance and it gives our body oxygen and nutrients, while also improving our heart and lung functions.
It make us mentally and physically tough and gives us more energy.
What can you do to exercise more
- You could have a 30 minute walk each day
- You could try push ups and sit ups
- You could go to your local park and play with a friend
- You could mow the lawn or help with the gardening
There are many different ways to exercise and it can be fun too.
I personally love doing sport and am doing ice hockey this term and when I am old enough want to do rowing.
So in conclusion exercise is good for you and it helps your health in so many different ways.
